Tipping questions (might be stupid)

FI and I are working on our budget spreadsheet and we're starting to think about tips for vendors but we have a few questions.  I apologize in advance because I already know some of these questions are stupid, but I have to ask anyway.

**Edit: Forgot to add hair and makeup people to original post

1. Do you tip the florist or just the person who delivers the flowers if it's a different person?

2. How do you tip the flower delivery person if you're not there when he/she is making the delivery?

3. Did you tip the photographer at the end of the wedding or after you got your proofs?

4. Aside from the DJ, photographer, florist, hair stylist, makeup artist, and matire d', is there anyone else who should receive a tip?

5. Did you tip the valets for the night?  Their fee is already included in our contract, but should we tip them for the entire night or just if they park one of our cars?

6. Assuming a maitre d' does a good job (nothing over the top because I'm looking for a base line), how much would you tip him/her?

7. How much did you tip your hair stylist and makeup artist?

8. Did you (will you) use the standard 10-20% for tipping?

    1. Do you tip the florist or just the person who delivers the flowers if it's a different person? We tipped the delivery person 25 or 30...not the florist

    2. How do you tip the flower delivery person if you're not there when he/she is making the delivery? I tipped mine in person

    3. Did you tip the photographer at the end of the wedding or after you got your proofs? We tipped him at the end of the wedding...he owned the company so we didn't have to...but he went above and beyond so we tipped him

    4. Aside from the DJ, photographer, florist, and matire d', is there anyone else who should receive a tip?  emcee we tipped...possibly videographer (I didn't tip or even pay mine because they showed up after the ceremony) I tipped the hair and make-up people because they came to my house from very far away

    5. Did you tip the valets for the night?  Their fee is already included in our contract, but should we tip them for the entire night or just if they park one of our cars? N/A

    6. Assuming a maitre d' does a good job (nothing over the top because I'm looking for a base line), how much would you tip him/her? good job 200...My father threw ours an extra 100 because he went above and beyond.

    7. Did you (will you) use the standard 10-20% for tipping? Depends

I think the whole "the vendor own the company" things is messing me up.  I feel like everyone should get tipped, but I know my vendors who own their own company are already receiving plenty from their base price.  I think I'd feel guilty tipping some people and not others.

Also if you are having any kind of limo drivers they would need to be tipped (unless its included but i dont think it usually is).  We hired a bus company to transport our guests so we will tip the drivers of the bus as well.

I really didn't tip anyone except the limo driver, the hair/makeup, and whatever was included in our per plate charge
