Which is correct for place card wording?

Mr. and Mrs. John Doe 

OR

Mr. and Mrs. John and Jane Doe

How do you word it if your guest is bringing a date?

Mr. Donald Duck and Miss Minnie Mouse?

How do you word it if a married woman didn't take her husband's last name is it? Ms. Minnie Mouse and Mr. Micky Disney? 

And, what is the proper way to word the Priests card? My Priest left the church and is now married to a woman but is able to marry us.

Both of your examples for a married couple are correct. I used "Mr. and Mrs. John and Jane Doe" because I like using the woman's name and not just making her an extension of her husband.

Donald & Minnie example is correct.

Minnie & Mickey example is correct.

Well, if he left the priesthood then he's technically not a real priest (not a Catholic priest, anyway). But I'd just use whatever title he prefers. "Father and Mrs. John and Jane Doe" or "Mr. and Mrs. John and Jane Doe" or "Reverend and Mrs. John and Jane Doe."

For the married couples I'm addressing it: Mr. and Mrs. John and Jane Doe

For couples bringing a date: Mr. Donald Duck and Miss Minnie Mouse

And for a woman who hasn't taken her husbands name I would address it the way you have it

What about if I a Mr. who is a Junior, Mr. Micky Mouse Jr.....how would I word it with his wife Mrs. Minnie Mouse??

Mr. and Mrs. Jan and John Doe Jr.

And for guests w/dates I put who we invited first- so if I invited Minnie and she brought Mickey I put Miss Minnie Mouse and Mr. Mickey Mouse- not sure if it's propoer, but that's what I did

This doesn't look right to me....Mr. and Mrs. Jane and John Doe Jr.  Because, it sounds like I'm calling Jane a Mr. instead of a Mrs.
