My friend got Addison Park for 135 all inclusive on a Sunday in November.....It will be tough to get much lower than that. Another friend also recently got the Palace at Somerset Park for 115 all inclusive on a Friday in October, but it was 6 months in advance. Deals are possible, but not guaranteed. You have to be willing to have a Friday or Sunday and sometimes if they are trying to get rid of a date, they will cut you a deal....
Try The Imperia, The Manor, The Atrium, The Primavera, Ravello's Mayfair Farms, The Tides....those are probably your best bets

Looking at late (Sept - Dec) 2012, we are flexible with dates and don't mind a Friday to save $$.

I second the Tides (I got quoted 115.00 pp inclusive), Ravello's ( I got quoted 120.00 pp inclusive), Mayfair ( i got quoted 105.00 pp all inclusive) I negotiated A LOT at every place I went.  My wedding is 5-12-12 and I booked The Tides
Also, The Bridgewater Manor ( 127.00 pp inclusive) HTH

I have a friend who just got married at the Valley Regency on 11/5/2010 I think she paid around $150 per head inclusive however I believe that was discounted since the grooms cousin works there.  Valley Regency is def not cheap but if you do december maybe it will be more in your budget.

Check out the Tides I am getting married there as well.  They are very reasonable and have a ton of food!

Im getting married at the Addison Park on the 4th of December and am paying $110 all inclusive. That's also including my ceremony. I am getting married during the am but so worth the price cut =)
