Catering Pricing

I am having a large outdoor wedding at my parent's house. We are inviting 200 people and hope to spend about $15000. We have a caterer for the dinner buffet and he gave us a great price for steak, salmon, chicken, the sides, and cake for $35/person. The only negative is he doesn't do cocktail hour.

I'm looking for a seperate caterer just for the cocktail hour but I have no idea what a good price is. I would like it to be mostly passed and also 2-3 stations. I have two seperate bartenders so that shouldn't be included in the price. What is a good per person price for one hour of hor 'devours? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It usually depends on the type of food. If you can do a station of cheese and crackers and veggies, skipping sushi and skipping any manned stations you'll have better luck getting better pricing.

That sounds expensive to get 2 caterers. I would find 1 that could do all.
