Palisadium reviews - Cliffside Park

Hi -

Has anyone had a wedding at the Palisadium in Cliffside Park, NJ recently? I'm seeing some mixed reviews online, but for the restaurant only. Anyone attend a wedding there and have some feedback on staff, food, service, etc...?

    I live a block away!! Ha
    I've been there for dinner....food is nothing special. Haven't been there for a special event or anything but beside great views of manhattan i dont see it being spectacular.

    My parents have been to to charity events there. They say it's fine. However, a wedding is a different beast.

    If your looking in the CP area - across the avenue is another location called Villa Almafia - thats a nicer venue and more wedding friendly.

    Thanks everyone! I really wanted a place with views of Manhattan that didn't cost an arm and a leg. This place seemed reasonable, so I'm torn on what to do.
