Hotel Indigo Basking Ridge

I am considering reserving a hotel block at the Hotel Indigo in Basking Ridge.  Does anyone have any feedback or experience with this hotel?  I'm looking for feedback ranging from customer service to cleanliness to hotel layout to their complimentary shuttles to the reception.  Thank you!

I visited there over the weekend and they let me poke my head in some rooms. They seemed friendly and everything looked quite clean and new. The styling is very modern. Certainly not for all tastes. But no one will care much after a wedding - they just want a nice clean room to sleep in. It seems nice for that. The shower stall seemed a bit small, but otherwise a nice room.

But I just visited. I didn't stay. Hopefully others can help you with more details than I can.

A coworker of mine actually just stayed there last week.  He said it was really nice.  He had one issue with the heat where it literally went up to like 98 degrees.  He reported it to the front desk and he said they were extremely nice and took care of it right away.

Honestly though, it may be worth a trip to see it yourself!

I stayed for a wedding back in July.  I love how fun it is inside!  The only downfall is the bar is only open until 1 bc that  is BR ordinance. But I didnt need to go to the bar, i took full advantage of the open bar at the wedding. lol
The prices werent bad either. i think we paid 109...

I went to look there for my wedding as well.  I didn't like that they only had 1 person working the desk, I wanted to make sure there was enough staffing, so we went to the Courtyard Marriott down the road and it was wonderful.
