John Agnello Photography Phone Issue

Hi Ladies,

Is anyone having an issue getting in touch with John Agnello photography?  I tried calling today and apparently the # is not in service!!!!  I'm a bit worried about this since I'm using them as my photographer for my wedding which is in May!

Hi, my friend is using them in August and I don't want to mention this to her until it's resolved.  Any update?

I both emailed and left a voicemail with his office back in August to inquire about their services and never heard from them. Nice, right? I truly hope they are more responsive to you than they were to me!

Thanks for the feedback Ladies!

My friend is using them as well for her wedding in August.  She e-mailed them today and apparently they were having phone trouble today.  I have not received an e-mail yet...So, I guess we will see what happens.  My engagement session is on March 5th so I hope I hear them.  I'm just surprised becasue I have not had any communication problems with them thus far.

Did you receive a meesage stating the number was not inservice? or A company voicemail?

I am using John for my upcoming July wedding.  So far I've had no issues getting in contact with him.  Whenever I have called or emailed him he's always gotten back to me in a timely fashion.  In fact after I read this post I got nervous and called his number and he answered.  Are you sure you are dialing the correct number?

I have not had any problems either!

So glad to hear this!  It was actually my friend that brought this to my attention this morning as she tried calling 3 times.  After hearing this from her, I tried calling early this afternoon and a message said the # was not in service.  Yes, I called the # on his website.

When you called, did you mention to him that the # was not working earlier today?  if so, did he have an explanation?

No I didn't...I think everything is fine!  If it makes you feel better just try giving him a call tomorrow.  BTW your going to have a lot of fun on your engagement shoot.  John had us cracking up!  My fiance and I love his personality.

Yes, we liked his personality when we met him too.  I have a couple of questions about your session: When did you do yours? Where did you take your pictures? How long did the session last? Did you change outfits (I've seen some posts that couples changed outfits for different pics)?

We actually went to a park next to his house back in October.  We had them done really early on a Saturday morning (around 9am).  I had gotten my hair and makeup done so I went for a very natural outfit.  I didn't want to look too made up.  I ended up wearing jeans and a black shirt.  I choose not to change outfits.  He took the pictures real quick.  He was really quick at taking the pictures (around 25 mins).  I like how he knows his shots and gets them done quick.  That was one of the reasons we picked him.  I didn't want a photographer that would hold me up all day trying to get the perfect pose on our wedding day.   We were extremly happy with our pictures and he had them up so quickly.  I think he had them posted that same day.  Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks for all of your feedback   I'm so glad you loved your pictures. 

We were going to take the pictures at the park by his house in November but we were so busy at the time so we had to postpone our pictures.  I'm so curious as to where he is going to take us .  I will be getitng my makeup and hair done as well...hope I like my pictures as much as you like yours!
