I didnt see ABC news but I saw a couple of other interviews since he is hitting up every single news station.  He is definitely mentally insane!!  Someone needs to shut him up.  I agree with goaliegirl I am tired of seeing him.  There are more important things going on in this world beside Charlie Sheens drug addiction!

I wont watch it- hes an addict and its him high.... in time he will be sober apologizing...
