I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of you who shared your experiences and encouragement. I'm so happy to report that I had Lasik last Thursday and everything went well! I was petrified going into the laser room but then the second sedative kicked in and it really was OK. I couldn't believe the entire procedure was so quick.
I was pretty out of it when I left the doctor's office and went right to sleep at home. Then, it was so cute... I woke up four hours later and there was FI grinning at me from across the room... AND I COULD SEE HIM CLEARLY!
