Wedding Reception sites in Pinehurst

Alright ladies, I am looking for the perfect place for a small, intimate wedding in Pinehurst NC. I have found some information on The Fair Barn and Pinehurst Country Club but I wanted to see if anyone out there can give me feedback on either of these locations. We are planning an August wedding for about 30-35 people total.

The Fair Barn doesn't look like it has packages that includes catering, chairs, tables, etc so I am also looking for information or recommendations on local vendors for everything from the food to the music.

I've been to several events at the Barn & would never describe it as "intimate." it's pretty large with very high ceilings. It is a great venue, though. I'd check the Holly Inn--it's downtown, older & very quaint; or maybe Mid Pines. Good luck!

Great suggestion, thanks! I have an appointment with the coordinator there in August. We passed by The Fair Barn this weekend and it looks like a great place to have a reception. Our biggest deciding factor is $$, so I will keep both options open for now.

Hey there Cara! I am Cara G and I am own f8 photo studios. I have been shooting at the Pinehurst Resort for many years and they are amazing!! I have shot so many wedding there anywhere from 10 people to 600. The can accomodate any size and most budget and do an AMAZING job! I am telling you they are the best in the business and we shoot 50 weddings a year so we have seen a thing or 2. lol!
