Gift for Ring Bearer

I'm at a loss as to what to get for the ring bearer.  He's 6, so I could definitely get him some sort of toy but I was hoping it'd be something a little more meaningful.  Any ideas?

Is the ring bearer wearing a tux?

If so, maybe you could get him a nice pair of cuff links, like the "big boys" have. This way he'll be able to keep them forever and always think of how he had a special part in your wedding when he wears them.

I'm at a loss also.  Also for my flower girl.  I bought her a little jewelry set, but she's wearing that in the wedding so I can't exactly count that as a gift.

I just received a catalog yesterday from exclusively weddings which is in Greensboro.  Their site has some ideas that I am considering.  clicky

I am not having a ring bearer, but for my two flower girls I have made up little baskets with stuff in them like, coloring books, play jewlery, princess wands, little games, and stickers.  Basically small things that will keep them entertained all day and make them feel special.  Ask the parents what the boy is into and that can help you decide what direction to take with a gift.

Cuff links are a great idea!  Also, I was cruising the website gifts.com yesterday and they had some interesting things--all separated by gender/age/occasion, etc.

I got my ring bearer and flower girl each a kid friendly digital camera that they could use to keep them occupied at the wedding and that would take pictures they could remember the day with.
It was basically this (but on sale): http://www.ritzcamera.com/product/542044805.htm?utm_medium=productsearch&utm_source=Google
