I bought the bullet and splurged on a CKO membership last week. After a week of classes all I can say is…. ooouuucchhh!  Holy soreness.  But, I know it’s working.  Excited to get into shape for wedding day  

I know someone had posted about CKO in the past – just thought I’d check and see if anyone here uses the Totowa location and would want to help motivate each other?  lmk

I'm an instructor at another CKO location, so I'm excited to hear whenever someone discovers CKO.  I actually go to Montclair State for grad school, so I'm up near the Totowa location a few days a week.  I'm trying to see if I can fit in going on Thursdays after class to the 6pm class.  Maybe I'll see you there sometime!  Keep up with it- I've never enjoyed a workout more than I enjoyed CKO, which is why I teach there now :-)
