"Not so religious" Catholic ceremony?

I may post this on the Ceremony board but wanted to try here first... FI and I are both Catholic, but FI is not religious and looking for the "5 minute ceremony".  I would like to incorporate aspects of the Catholic ceremony into ours (I know it won't be recognized by the church, etc.)  We are getting married at our venue.

Our officiant (Bishop George Lucey) is open to anything and gave us a copy of the uber-traditional Catholic ceremony... has anyone done some sort of blended ceremony?  One that isn't so religious yet still has the same feel of a Catholic ceremony?

Thanks so much!

Have you decided if you're going to do the ceremony with or without mass/communion?  We told him right off the bat that we don't want to do mass, but we're keeping all of the other traditional elements (though we're doing some parts in Spanish and a Greek crowning ceremony as well).

I think that just by eliminating the mass (while keeping everything else the same) you'll be keeping it Catholic without make it super religious... or long, haha.
