Bed bath and beyond customer service rocks

So when we registered at BBB we were living in a different house then we are at now, when we moved I updated our information but apparently didn't realize that the shipping address hadn't changed.
My FFIL just called and said that he had bought us a crockpot and had it shipped to our house but we never recieved it and he found out it had shipped to the old address instead of the new.
So I called BBB and talked to someone who then talked to the manager and they decided to just ship us a new one free of charge and that it should be here next week!
