Is there a Bellevue Hospital in Jersey?

FI just got a voice message saying that his grandfather is having emergency surgery at Bellevue Hospital.  I don't know of any Bellevue Hospitals in Jersey and I just did a quick Google search but all I keep seeing is one in the city.  Unfortunately, we can't get hold of any of his other family members right now.

Is there one in Jersey?  If so, where?

Did they mean NYC? There is one there: http://www.nyc.gov/html/hhc/html/facilities/bellevue-directions.shtml

Where does his grandfather live??   The only Bellevue Hospital I know of is in NYC

His grandfather just recently flew up from Florida, and he's staying in Jersey with his daughter which is why, I guess, FI is swearing that he has to be in Jersey somewhere right now.  The only Bellevue I could find was in the city, too, so based on what you guys are saying I guess he must be there.

Thanks!  His grandfather is definitely there, so hopefully we'll get some news soon.

Sadly, our whole engagement has been like this.  My grandmother passed away the day that FI was originally going to propose, FI's aunt was told a month ago that her cancer came back, the son of a close family friend was told last week that his cancer came back, and now FI's grandfather is in the hospital for emergency surgery on his liver, I believe (though they think he may have prostate cancer).  It's like a never-ending list of bad news lately.

Aww so sorry to hear about FI's grandfather. I hope he is doing ok.
I know what you are going through. Fi's father has been in the hospital for a month now and he is not doing well. We've been traveling an hour back and forth to the hospital mutliple times a week. It is overwhelming and stressful, on top of trying to plan the wedding. Hang in there!
