Raleigh/Durham Bridal Alterations

I need my Jcrew - Erica gown altered.  I've heard that Olga is the best.  My wedding is in June.  I wanted to get a couple more quotes just to make sure. 

Who have people used in the Raleigh/Durham area for bridal gown alterations?

It really helped.  I think we'll just go with white shirts for all!  Then no worries about buying new things or having to match.  All 6 groomsmen I'm sure have a white button down.  With the vests it'll be fine I'm sure.

?? I don't really know of any other alterations places that people regularly go to. Everyone raves about her and from what everyone posts, she is not expensive.

Olga is wonderful. However, just be careful when you go for your final fitting to make sure EVERYTHING you asked to be done, is done. About a week before my final fitting, she called me to ask if I could push back the final fitting so she could accommodate another bride with an emergency, I was unable to, so she had to work double-time to finish both the gowns. Anyway, she was very busy and she forgot to hem the dress properly and I was tripping over it going down the aisle, something I'll never forget. I had to walk around with it bunched up in my hand all day. It's a pretty minor thing and really quite silly to fret over, but I looked forward to that moment forever... she apologized for the oversight, but just make sure that if you use her, to thoroughly make sure everything is A-OK with the dress before taking it home. Just my two cents.

I visited Olga for a consultation today. She is booking up pretty fast...so if you are going to use her, call her ASAP. FYI, my wedding is July 31st, and I don't drop off my gown until the end of June. Based on everyone's reviews and my experience with her today, she seems to be really good.
