north jersey/bergen county picture options

in New Jersey
getting married next new years eve and the reception hall I have picked does not have many options for pictures - would love some suggestions of places i can go to for an hour or two and take a variety of pictures.

    New Year's Eve is going to be tough with the winter. You could go along the Hudson River and take pictures in Edgewater or the Palisades Interstate Park in Fort Lee. You may also want to consider local train stations, museums, and college campuses.

    If it's not too far, there's always the Botanical Gardens, I think in Ringwood?  But akcrrr is right, the cold and dark will make it tough.
