Gift for Parents of the Bride

My parents are paying for my wedding.  This is something they wanted to do, however, I feel that we, my fiance and I need to get them an amazing thank you gift.  Any ideas?

    Parent album?  Restaurant gift cards? Pay for them to go away for the weekend somewhere?

    Both our parents treasured the cards and what we wrote to them more than any gift we got them.  Our words brought them to tears.

    We are going to pay for a vacation for the four of us to go away - we are thinking of going to either Aruba (a family favorite) or Spain (my dad's dream trip).  A little expensive, but nothing compared to what they are paying for our wedding.

    We are going to send my on trip maybe to California or up to Cape Cod.

    I would think a trip would be a nice idea. It could be as big or as small as you would like it to be. But besides a trip, tickets to a show in nyc with a nice dinner before or after, a trip to the spa for your mom, a day or two of golf for your dad.

    Hire a live event artist to create a painting onsite of your reception. Its an amazing gift to parents! plus guests love to watch as the painting unfolds
