I need some assistance!!! I changed my wedding date due to some medical issues I was having and I notified my ceremony site and changed the date with them. I also sent the required change fee like 2 months before the wedding. I have emailed the person at the chapel to make sure they recieved everything and to verify the date of the wedding and rehearsal to no avail. I have not been contacted by anyone from the chapel and my wedding was supposed to be this weekend. I'm going to call them but is there anything else that I need to do..any help would be appreciated!!

Yes, call first thing tomorrow morning. Have on hand all copies of whatever was sent/emailed to them and any sorts of confirmations you received back.

I would keep calling them and even try to go down there to get ahold of someone.. let us know how things go!

Do you mean original wedding date would have been this weekend, or your actual wedding is this weekend? Either way, you need confirmation it was changed and reschedule fee received, etc... If they are not responding to phone calls or e-mails, check their office hours and make sure when someone will be there. Then hie-tail it down there in person and speak to a live person, one that is in charge or knows what is going on, so you can confirm.

Well I was finally able to hear back from her and it's kind of creepy bc my fiance had to talk to her like three times before we got a confirmation email back. It was kind of like once we got in contact with her, she was rushing me to resend the original email with the date change for May. Thank goodness I still had the email but it was just a creepy situation. I just had surgery so I wasn't able to go up there but thank you for your advice. It was really helpful.
