Hair/makeup in the early morning

Our Charlotte wedding starts at 11am due to the church's schedule so I know my bridesmaids and I will have to be up with the sun to get our hair and makeup done. I have called a few salons but they were unable to book anything before their scheduled open time.

Have any other morning brides in the Charlotte area had luck finding hair and makeup folks that can do early appointments (like 6-7 am)?

I'm using Ann from Circa North in Fort Mill.  She and another hair/makeup artist she works with will be coming to us at our hotel in Concord.  She may be able to accomodate early hours for on location.  She has also done my hair at the salon on a Sunday when they are normally closed, so if you prefer to do it at the salon and if you guys are in South Charlotte that might work as well.  http://www.circanorth.com/
