Shuttle Bus in Charlotte

Hi.  We are getting married in Belmont, NC (Stowe Botanical Gardens) next June and are looking for a shuttle bus to take our guests to and from the hotel.  The hotels we have looked at in the Belmont/Gastonia/Charlotte airport area have small shuttles( 8 people) which would not work. We would probably have between 50 and 70 guests using the shuttle.  Has any one used or booked an affordable shuttle company.  It seems like $1000+ is all I can find online!  Thanks!

We are looking into the trolley (www.trolleysinc.com) from our church in Charlotte to the reception in Huntersville.  For the trolley (can hold 24 I believe), we were quoted $840 for 4 hours, and for a 36 passenger shuttle $720 for about 5 hours.  Both prices are including gratuity.  Transportation is expensive, but for us it's non-negotiable since we'd rather our guests be safe than driving after the reception.

Coach America rented me a 55 passenger bus for $657 for 7 hours.  :-)  I initially didn't tell them it was for a wedding (guess I thought they'd figure it out) but even when I told them the price didn't change.
