What we gave to our vendors was...

Florist Delivery: $35
Shuttle Bus Driver: nothing
Limo Driver: $60 (he owned the company)
DJ: $100
Emcee: $50
Makeup: 20%
Hair: 20%
Photographer: $100 (he owned the company)
Videographer: nothing because they showed up after the ceremony
Maitre $400

Florist Delivery: $35
Shuttle Bus Driver: didn't have one
Limo Driver: $50 each on top of the gratuity included in the contract
DJ: $100
Emcee: $50
Makeup: 20%
Hair: 20%
Photographer: $150 (he owns the company) and $100 to second shooter
Videographer: $150 (he owns the company)
Maitre $750 (stipulated in our contract)
Band - $100 to leader, $50 to each member

Brides Transportation: None- it was included in bill as 20% service charge

Videographer: $30 (was going to do $50 but he annoyed me)

We made a small envelope for each tip and labeled them on the back for who the went to. I kept them in a sandwich bag in my clutch and we distributed them at the end of the night. I wanted to avoid guests seeing us handing around money and it looked much classier just handing envelopes with a nice note written inside each. It was also helpful to be able to add/subtract based on how we felt they did that night. We made the tips in small bills so we were able to easily add/subtract. Our little system worked really well for us.

I like your little system, I think we'll give that a shot on our big day, I hate the idea of handing people cash, it's uncomfortable. Very classy approach, and with the smaller bills everyone was tipped per the service provided that day. Well done!
