Bridal and Formal Center of Fayetteville

Has anyone used them for alterations? Any good/bad/ugly stories I should know before allowing them to do alterations.

I'm open to other suggestions too...

    I bought my dress from David's Bridal in Fayetteville and they absolutely had the worst customer service ever!  So when I inquired with other people about other bridal places, they recommeneded Bridal and Formal Center.  I went and they did an excellent job.  Granted, they only had to do a french bussell but it looks great.  I would recommend them completely ... and they have great customer service.
