Poll: Help Me Decide Which Shoes To Get

Ok, so after countless hours of searching for the right shoe, I have finally narrowed it down to two pairs.  There are pros and cons to both.

First off we will start with the pink ones...

Pros-cute ruffles, pink, FI's likes these the best; Cons-the heel is 3.25in high (i'm not much of a heel person), and the reviews say that the shoe runs narrow...I kind of have a wide foot...depending on how the shoe is made.

Next, we have the ivory ones...

Pros-smaller heel (2.5in), My mom likes this shoe best, it has a padded sole which might come in handy for wearing them longer at the reception (I'm going to have some back up sandals just in case either way though).  Cons-they are ivory/more traditional than what I wanted.  I really wanted an upbeat kind of look rather than the matchy-matchy look.

Here is my dress if that helps at all...(it's actually an ivoryish color even though it looks white in photos)

Are the shoes from somewhere you can buy them, try them on, and return if too uncomfortable?  The pink ones are really fun and cute, but if they end up being too narrow or too tall, you will probably regret it within a few minutes of standing at the altar!  But its worth a try if you can try them on.

I would normally say the pink ones bc I love pink but the ivory ones are very pretty too and the padded sole sounds like a winner.  I say go with the ivory, especially since you aren't a heel person.

Are the ivory ones salsa shoes?

I think that either will look nice.  In this case I'd choose function over form.  You could have the ivory shoes dyed, you can't make the pink ones more comfortable.

Its a long time to wear a pair of uncomfortable shoes...I have a wide foot and I've been cramming my big foot into little shoes for years.  Be comfortable...go ivory!

I agree to go for comfort. I don't usually wear heels that are really high and I would be nervous walking down the aisle in a  inch heel!

Some high heels are more comfie than lower heels. It would be great if you could try them on.  If you're shopping online, I would order both to check the comfort level and then send one back.  Zappos has free shipping both ways.

I just bought 3inch heels for the wedding and I was worried- but they're actually a really nice height and somewhat comfortable. And I LOVE the pink ones! Ruffles! (I love ruffles...)

But I agree, if you could try them both on it might help?

I voted for the ivory.  I think they are elegant looking and look more comfortable.  The last thing you want is to be uncomfortable.  And of course you couls always dye the shoes pink :)  When my cousin got married, we all dyed out shoes purple to match our dresses.

I think the ivory ones actually match your dress style more than the pink ones. But that's just a personal preference. I'd also go for comfort. I only wore heels walking down the isle and then immediately changed to cute purple sandals for the reception.

But I love the idea of a fun pop of color - I dyed my heels purple for the wedding. :D
