My hand feels naked!

I finally dragged FI to go look at wedding bands, and we got his picked out and ordered.  It should come in about 3 weeks.

We are having to custom make my band to match the unique contour of my e-ring.  Prices have come down a bit since I got the estimate a month ago so I got a whitegold band with diamonds that will match the e-ring contour -- I am very excited to see it.  But they have to keep my ring for 6 weeks which makes me sad!
My finger feels so wierd.

I hear ya!! 

When my ring got sized they bent the prongs and two of my little pave diamonds fell out. I sent it back a week ago and I'll get it this Thursday. Sometimes I still have mini-heart attacks when I go to twist it or look at it and it isn't there! So weird.

I've had the "mini heart attacks" and that is such a sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach!  Maybe it'll come in a little sooner, Beth....so hang in there!

Yeah my fiance didn't get why I was like jumping up and down and running to the car when mine came back in with the band.  I hadn't gotten to wear it with the band and I was soooo missing my e-ring!

Yay! for getting your ring, but that really sucks that it will be gone for so long! I would feel weird too! Can't wait to see photos when you get it back!
