Photographers/ Newark Club in NJ

I just booked my wedding for July of 2011 at the Newark Club in Newark, NJ.  Has anyone been there for a wedding or does anyone have their wedding booked there?  What did you think of it?  Im pretty excited.  We got it for a reasonable price and the people seem to be easy to work with.

Also, can anyone suggest a photographer in the area?  We are looking to spend no more than $3,000

    I'm also getting married at the Newark Club in September (this year)! We're really thrilled and so far have had really good experiences with the folks there. Ever since we booked I have spoken to so many people who have gone to weddings there and all feedback has been really positive. We had a small issue with finding a hotel for our guests (the Hilton across the street was really $$), so we wound up at the Sheraton Newark Airport (nice hotel for being an airport hotel).

    As for photgraphers, we are using Milton Gil. They did a friend's wedding and everything came out great. Not sure about being under 3k, may come in close though depending on which package you decide.

    Oh thats so nice!  Your wedding is soon!  I agree...everyone i've talked to so far has lhad positive things to say.  We haven't talked to anyoen at the Hilton yet but thanks for the heads up on the price! We will have to look at the Shareton.  I went on Milton Gils website and i love the pictures.  Someone else also suggested ValSolo photography so i think we are going to go and look at both!
