Linens
Date I drop off items
Date final payment and count are due
Time we can go to take pictures and get in bridal suite


I know there is so much more!

    Yay, you're so close!  Ask if you can take pictures anywhere at the venue.  I know of a very popular venue that doesn't allow pictures in the foyer and grand staircase.

    Valet, how the cake is served, who you speak to if the bathrooms are dirty, where vendors can load in equipment and what time they can arrive, other events that day that you need to be aware of, how vendor meals are handled- I think those were the  big ones we had to discuss. Yay for being close!!

    Thanks ladies. I am getting soo excited.  Everyone keeps asking me if I am nervous.  LOL heck no, I am so excited I feel like I am going to pee my pants most of the time. hehe

    Date to pick up items after wedding

    Do they have a full vendor list?  You don't need to give it to them now, but could if you want. 

    I'd ask any questions you may have about who is included in the gratuity

    I'd give them the heads up about any vendors that will require elaborate or unusual set-up: photo booth, lounge furniture, uplighiting, etc.  (but I'd remind them again later)

    I would ask if there will be signs directing your guests where to go or if there will be employees.  We had an issue where a couple of our friends didn't make it to the ceremony because they didn't know where to go and there was no one to direct them.  It seems like you have a lot covered.  I also gave my venue a copy of my timeline and a list of vendors.  I was not dealing with anything that day.....hahaha
