A Bridesmaid's Brunch/Luncheon

My grandma wants to throw one the morning of the wedding. She wants there to be Mimosas and Eggs Benedict and to be "real nice and pretty" (her words).

Any suggestions? It will be around 11-noon on a Saturday and be about 30 women. Budget isn't a huge consideration. We are staying at MB, but anywhere on the strip would be fine I think :)

Also, my G-ma loves the Golden Nugget (circa 1970s, since she hasn't been there since)... is there anywhere like that?

I don't have anywhere specific in mind, but don't some of the buffets serve mimosas in the morning (I swear I've had this before)?  And if gma love the Golden Nugget, why not check there?

    Good luck!

    Thanks empeques :)

The reason I want to stay on the strip is bc I am  worried if we venture too far from MB I won't get back in time for hair and MU. The ceremony starts at 5.

I know some of the buffets have champagne brunch on Sundays, but we would rather do a sit-down brunch anyway.

I just booked Moni Ami Gaba.  Our ceremony is also at 5, MUA arrives at 2 so I booked it for 11 am.

From what i've seen Monte Carlo's buffett has the champagne brunch daily. I believe it's an extra 3 dollars per person.

Where is that? What kind of food is it? Isn't 3 hours a long time for H/MU? Are you doing pics ahead of time?

I just googled it and this place looks perfect!!  Where are staying? Will you provide transportation for your ladies to the restaurant?

We are right across the street from it...at the Flamingo.  I am freaking out that I won't have enough time!  I have to be dressed and in the bridal chapel at 4:30.  So, if we start at 2ish, I figure that we will be done by 3:30.  By the time I get my dress on, and walk to the chapel it will be right at 4:30.

A 3-course Brunch at the Eiffel Tower restaurant is the same price as at Mon Abi Gabi... I think we might do that instead :)

Mon Ami Gabi has amazing eggs benedict and mimosas. (we served both at our reception). Just sayin.

If you're interested in time, you may want to look at some yelp reviews for Eiffel tower. I've read the service can be hit or miss and terribly slow sometimes. However, I always take reviews with a grain of salt.

I looked at it's reviews on TripAdvisor and they were generally very positive. Plus the manager responds to every negative comment on there with his email asking for further details. That makes it apparant to me that they are trying to fix things.

But, no, time isn't a huge issue. Atmosphere is, though, and from the pics I received from Mon Ami Gabi it seems the windows in the private room face a parking lot or street.  What was your experience with that?

Which private room was it? If it is the smallest room, one side of the windows faces LV blvd and the other the base of the eiffel tower and the entrance to Paris.

We had a semi-private room that faced the Bellagio fountains. Le Cabaret.
