Scouting Trip is a go, will have Suite details, and bakers when I get back!

My main goal is to look at Suites in MB, TheHotel and Aria Hospitality, I think those will be the only ones though.  So for those that are worried about space for around 50 I will be able to give you my opinions when I get back!

I also plan to do a decent amount of cake tastings which is also important to us.

Anything else I should do while there?  Ceremony site is already booked.

I'll fly in 10:30 am Tues. and fly out 7:30 pm Thurs.

Hopefully the rental car experience turns out well!

Just an FYI with the MB Suites.....I tried to see them TWICE. So be prepared that if they are busy you might not see them. Also....

Retro Bakery for cake/cupcakes!! It's a bit of a drive, but if you're renting a car, it's worth it. The cupcakes are delicious. We brought a dozen home with us as our carry-on

@Stinker - Well hopefully it won't be that hard, but I'll just wait until they let me know:)  When I called they said if I come in the morning on a weekend I'd be able to see them.  I know that' can't be totally trusted but they better let me see the rooms, it's mostly why I'm doing this trip!

@Natrasha - They are on my last, so if I have time I'll get out there hopefully!

My fingers are crossed for ya! I will tell ya that I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the Vista on our Wedding day :)

@Stinker - I meant let me "in", not let me "know" btw:)  Yeah I know the Vista is popular and what we were originally going to do, but I'd just feel so much better if I saw these places in person, I'm also kind of in love with Aria but I need to see how the space is and how much furniture we could move around.

Oh doll while you are at the Aria, stop by Jean Philippe's pastry shop and see his work. I will try and talk to him in the next couple of days, maybe setup some sort of consultation. I emailed you and now i know you will have at least 50 on the 21st of oct, 2011 ?? I will let him know, have fun!
