Where did you go after the reception?

The post from yesterday (about what to wear going out) got me to start thinking about what we are going to do after our reception. I'd love to stay in my dress all night and go somewhere...have some fun. Its Vegas with TONS of options...but I'd love to maybe set something up ahead of time...have an area to ourselves maybe?  Thanks!

    We went to Rhumbar at The Mirage.  The drinks were seriously overpriced but good. They closed at 2 and then we just gambled at our hotel for a bit (TI).

    We are planning on going to Cleopatras Barge (Caesars) or the Fontanta (Bellagio).  There are so many options for great lounges/bars with no cover and good music,  I think a lot of it will depend on where your reception is and what is nearby (unless your guests dont mind walking or you have transportation)

    Our reception is at The Trump...so anywhere midstrip is good.

    Our wedding and reception were at Mandalay Bay, so we bar hopped around in there for most of the evening.  Our most fun was at Red Square, their vodka martini menu is awesome - I was really into the Kremlin Kryptonite.

    We're gonna do table service at Gold Diggers the night club at the Golden Nugget then we'll go play craps at Binions and blackjack at the Cal.  It will be a full night indeed.

    We were there recently. It really is beautiful. No cover.

    great topic - i have been thinking about this exact same thing!  has anyone ever been to Blush at the Wynn?  I read an article about lounges in Vegas, and this was recommended and sounded like what we were looking for.


    junebug - id love to hear what you find out from rhumbar, if you dont mind sharing.  thats another one we are considering....

    We went to Eye Candy @ Mandalay Bay, since that's where everyone was staying.  I changed though, I thought I'd wear my dress all night long, but I was so tired, i just wanted comfy clothes. Took my makeup off and everything! lol

    After my first wedding, we had a limo take the wedding party to midnight bowling (still all dressed up).  I changed into a white dressy pant outfit, kept the veil & tiara on.  It was fun.
