 Hello everyone, My name's Julie, I'm 28, I got engaged to Daniel, who's also 28, in 2008 on new years eve. So here we are, 2yrs down the line and we've finally set a date! 20th March 2012!!! :D

 And the best bit is, we've decided to jet off to Vegas!! :)

 We live in London, UK and I'm a bit nervous about planning a destination wedding somewhere I've never been! But, I already know I want to get married at The Chapel of the Flowers, I've also found a dress I love and I'm hoping to do a few DIY projects along the way, to keep costs down.

 Looking forward to getting to know you all and sorting out a bio for my wedding! I'm so excited!! Wish I was geting married this year!

    Welcome and congrats!!!! The time will fly by...we got engaged Christmas last year and I thought June 2011 was never going to come....well let me tell you it snuck up sooo fast!

    Hi Julie! I am a UK bride, also getting married at Chapel of Flowers! They have made it all so easy to plan from afar, as has this board.

    I am almost exactly a year ahead of you - 22nd March 2011....!

    Good luck planning! All our friends and family are so excited for Vegas!

    Welcome!  FI and I are considering a May '12 date, so we may be getting married around the same time...exciting! Happy planning-- the brides on this board are SUPER helpful, you'll love it!

    Welcome! I'm also planning from the UK, but I've been to Vegas loads of times and my parents recently moved there. This board makes it super easy to plan, and Vegas is awesome because almost everyone who gets married here is planning from afar. 

    Good luck, and if you have any questions, just ask. The Vegas Knotties are super helpful. :-)

                                    Lovely to see some UK brides on here too :) Especially one who'll be using the chapel I have my beady eye on! Can't wait to hear how your wedding goes Gribbles, not long to go for you now :)

     I'm gonna have a nose around some of your wedding bios now and might attempt to do one for myself while I'm at it :)
