I would really love to do a candy buffet for favors..... Travelling from Ohio is making this task difficult and rather expensive. I thought there may be a few of you who'd like to go in on this !!!! My idea: We could get someone local to help find the glassware and all split the cost. I am sure Michelle would let us keep it there to use for each one of our individual wedding dinners, and we'd be responsible for providing our own candy ? What do you girls think ? Any takers ???     Ah that is SO cute! I haven't done my favors yet...and I am getting married in about 2 weeks! At first I was going to go with the charity coins...then I saw the plantable paper and thought that was really cute and easily transportable, then my dad guilt tripped me about being Italian and not doing jordan almonds for favors...so I don't know what I'm going to do! How are you wanting to go about handling the glassware? Where do you get the candy from? I think it is way cute--get me some more details and I will seriously consider it.

    Well I started looking into bulk candy.... It is a lot more expensive than I thought to have an elaborate candy bar like the one pictured. Sorry to rain on your parade........ Grrr - Back to drawing board !!!!!!!!

    It's ok! Have you seen the plantable paper? I think it is really neat. Can't remember the website--try googling it. Not as fun as a candy bar, but I am in the same boat with transporting favors!
