I think if you're having a sit-down meal, Travis may turn up during the desserts, which could work out really well. Though if it were me I'd maybe go for 9:00pm just to give a little more room At the moment I'm planning on having him 1 1/2 hours after our insuite reception starts, which should be enough time for people to eat and have the speeches. If we need to cut the cake when he is finished, then so be it but I think we will be able to do this first. I'm going to ask for Blue suede shoes (the clips on the internet of him singing this are incredible!) A little less conversation (my favourite) Wonder of you (I subtly asked my fi his favourite Elvis song) and of course Viva Las Vegas. Hopefully he'll have time to throw a couple more in but I think I'm going to leave those choices up to him

Ive got just under 3 weeks thrashbride - suddenly starting to s hit myself hahaha Does help im being sent to Norwich (my least fav place in the world....no offence anyone from there) for 4 days next week which totally eats into my wedding planning at work time..... Thanks for the song ideas Ray Ray, think you're right about 9pm too - the only one we can agree on is Viva Las Vegas....my fav Elvis songs are all really unsuitable. Crying at the chapel, suspicious minds and in the ghetto......FI wants Maries the name...lyrics for that are a bit wrong hahaha

Hey date twin- long time no see. Hope the planning is going well. I have Travis booked for the night before. I have no idea what I want him to sing but I know no matter what it should be great.

Our reception was from 8-midnight, and I had Eddie Powers booked at 10:30.  He sang Blue Suede Shoes, Can't Help Falling in Love, and Viva Las Vegas.  The whole crowd was into Viva Las Vegas and it was fabulous!
