Inch loss wraps? Need rapid weight loss advice....

Sooo - my dress fitted ok the other day - a bit snug at the back and too loose at the chest, gone back today for second fitting and OMG i cannot breathe in it...looks rediculous.....shes taken it in far too much at the chest and not enough at the back. I wanted it made into a corset back....but she said there wasnt enough time...i told them this on buying the dress a YEAR ago.....ill save the official complaint for when i get back from vegas!I have like 8 days - so im on complete detox - she said she can take it out an inch....which will hopefully help, it zips up...just i seriously like cant breathe!! Im thinking a few inch loss wraps might help too - any recommendations for places that do them? Probably off strip as dont want to spend too many $$$$  I have visions of having this dress of as soon as the ceremonys done :(Any other advice welcome!

I would google "body wrap." Salons that offer it pop-up and so do at home kits.

I bet the detox helps as you will lose excess water weight. I feel your pain. Even though I had my dress made into a corset back, it is still a bit snug where there is a zipper. I guess at this point I will unzip it every time I need to sit down if I have to. As for the wraps, I wish I could go that route myself, but I am allergic to seafood/iodine and most wrap products are marine-based. I imagine with the heat and my PMS (yep lucky me), I should be carrying a bit of extra bloat aorund. I may resort to water pills to help with bloat. Hope you find a wrap place.

if it is just water weight, natural diuretics like broccoli should help.i hope she isn't charging you to take it out an inch. i don't understand how she screwed up so badly.

Aww! So sorry!!! I am a fitness specialist and can tell you that you just have to eat way less this week! A wrap may help but probably not enough. Drink lots of water but keep your calories to 1200. It is low, but it will enable you to still keep your energy up. Fill up on water and run as much as possible. Now is the time to buckle down and not feed into tempations. It's soo hard but worth it in the end. Good Luck!
