Caesars Palace-ceremony

Anyone else doing this or has? Just wanting any feedback good, bad, ugly...there Juno Garden is beautiful and i'm in the process of reserving it right now....just hate that you can seem to deviate from the package...like bring in your own flowers...they charge $200 to use a different vendor...stuff like that... but I love the location...

I wish the casinos didn't charge so much for using outside vendors either :/ unfortunately, that's what just about all of them do. Caesars Palace's fee is on the lower side of the vendor fee tho... I think the Wynn charges $400!I haven't seen the Juno Garden in person yet, but the Venus Garden is very pretty. It's a bit smaller in person than it seems online and in videos, but I think it gives it a more intimate setting. The ooooonly thing I didn't *love* was the grass. It's fake grass, but then again, most Vegas grass is fake lol... Since the Juno Garden is much newer, the grass will probably be in great condition. I can't wait to get my eyes on a real picture of the Juno Garden tho! Venus was one of our top considerations. If you want to take a look at past ceremonies, check out YouTube and just search Caesars Palace Wedding. There are quite a few of them there. =)

well the vendor fee thing at the Wynn makes me feel a little better! LOL! I just saw both sites two weeks ago...I totally agree the Venus is sooo much smaller than I thought and not really all that private...the Juno is much more private...on the other side of the pool next to the $10K villas, and is really pretty! I checked out YouTube...so funny that must be the video they give you that costs $150! Thanks!!

I just got married in the Venus Gardens yesterday and it was WONDERFUL! Despite the fact that the gardens is close to the pool, there was no noise from the surrounding areas.  As far as the grass goes, well sure, it's fake, but it's not something that you are really looking at and doesn't show up in photos. I never paaid ant attention to it until I cut across it to walk out. I used Caesar's for my flowers and they were lovely. I did go $34 over my flower credit. The cost was much more reasonable than I expected and the quality was better too.Anyways...back to my honeymoon. I will post reviews and pics later.

I'm booked for the Juno Garden for next June. Is the garden finished. I would love to see real photos of it. The artist rendition is gorgeous.

We just did the Venus Garden, and it was a wonderful wedding. We haven't seen the Juno yet, and we were just there this past weekend, I wanted to get a sneak peek but I totally forgot.  I hear you about the outside fees. We had the top package, but to be honest, we could've done fine without it. Although I really loved the Color salon for hair/MU, and rehearsal time since we had brought in our own music so we wanted to time our music. There was ways around the package, like we didn't use their music, so we added more flowers. We also used someone else for all the bridal party flowers, and there was no fee for that since they were hand delivered to us.

I am getting married in the Venus Garden in July 2010. Has anyone had issues with their wedding coordinators being unresponsive? I was thinking about using an outside floral co, however my coordinator didn't answer the question when I asked if I could... jccswl- you said on your post that you used your own music, did CP give you an extra credit toward your floral for not using the live music? What format did it have to be in? Also, you were able to use an outside vendor for flowers? Did Caesars have any issue with that? Any suggestions or words of wisdom you ladies can give about CP weddings is GREATLY appreciated!! :-)Thanks!

hi jess0723- I had the same concern about the wedding coordinators being unresponsive, but don't worry, about 2 months before the wedding Melissa Thomas (my coordinator) was more involved and answered all my questions.I did use my own music, we used 2 cds, one for music right before the ceremony while the guests were waiting. That cd had music like Barry White, Jason Mraz, etc., then we had the 2nd cd with the song I wanted to walk down the aisle to (Beatles-In my life) and the song when we were pronouced man and wife (Israel Kamakawiwo'ole Somewhere Over the Rainbow). We used that credit for extra flowers, you can see in my bio. We used outside vendor for my bouquet, BP flowers, Grooms, and Groomsmen, and parents flowers. I don't remember how it was explained to me, but since they were hand delivered to my room, I didn't have to pay an outside fee. Overall, CP is a great place to get married. Write down all your questions. If given a price quote, ask if it's the final price or all fees and labor are included. It doesn't hurt to ask if any quote is negotiable too. Feel free to check out my bio, and I hope I can help :) Good Luck.

I would like to have a friend play guitar and sing while we walk in... do you know if that is allowed? We are trying to get Juno Garden at CP for July 1 but it's not confirmed yet.

    Thanks!
