Whew!! One of the last BIG checks! :)

So we FINALLY decide to stick to the original plan of having Masterpiece Cuisine cater the In-Suite Reception! So....I am SO relieved now :)

This is what we decided on...

Mini Gourmet Sliders
Slow roasted Tri-Tip served on mini rolls and our creamy
horseradish sauce.
Coconut Fried Prawns
Served with mango mustard sauce.
Jack Daniels Meatballs
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Masterpiece Three Cheese Tortellini Kabobs
Assorted Deep Dish Pizza Puffs

The ONLY thing I wish was.....That we had time for a tasting :( Oh well, you ladies have given them such good reviews that I am excited :)

    Yah congrats!! Just wondering what time are you having your wedding and are you having the food delivered?

    PS we are also having the mini sliders & tortilini kabobs

    I hope you get to grab a bite or that someone saves you some because I want to hear all about it! The pizza puffs and the Jack Daniels meatballs sound terrific!

    The ceremony is at 6pm and they are delivering at 6:30pm, someone is going to have go up ASAP to let them in, but I think it's going to work out because my brothers friends have already offered to help:)

    Sounds good! Our ceremony is at 7:15pm and food is being delievered at 8:00pm, so we are in a similar situation! Your food looks good, and we are having a couple of those things. You definitely have more food, so I'm a little nervous :S
