Hard Rock Wedding?

Okay, slight frustration-- I've been trying to contact the Hard Rock weddings department for weeks now, and no one has gotten back to me.  I've submitted a RFP through the wedding portion of their site (which is pretty robust, so they definitely have a wedding department!), and also a customer service  inquiry through the main portion of their site.

Anyone have a contact here I might be able to email?  I'd love to check them out on an upcoming scouting trip...

If you're not getting replies to your e-mails, I'd suggest calling them.

Personally, I'd be very wary of using them if they have been this unresponsive. It seems like your multiple attempts through various channels should have elicited some response by this point.   I'd be worried that once they had my money they'd be unavailable to answer quetions, work to solve problems as they arise, or even  help me take deep breath and realize that whatever I'm stressing about isn't even an issue.  Fortunately my venue has been great about these things and the staff returns phone calls in a mater of hours.  I'd think about checking into other venues.  Just my opinion.

I got a pretty quick response from them when I contacted them last June, to tell me they would not accept bookings of things more than six months out, I told them no thanks since all the other vendors I needed would have been booked before I knew if I could even get the venue.

Good point, guys.  It does raise some red flags in my mind that they have yet to contact me...

And Vegasgroom, thanks for that info-- that's a dealbreaker for me too, so if they're not willing to commit 1 year or so out from the date, I'm out.  Thanks all!

My fiance and I met with their event coordinator and took a tour of several locations for the ceremony and reception. We fell in love with Body English which was a nightclub they had there. However, like the previous posting, they wont let you book any farther than 6 months. That was too scary for us seeing that other vendors will be booked before that. Also, Body English was going to be remodeled to be a new nightclub. They couldn't tell us when or what they would be doing to the location. The coordinator said she would email us within the week for pricing information. After a month of waiting, i emailed her to find out she had moved to san diego to work at the hard rock there. TOTAL FRUSTRATION! Lastly, the pricing information I received stated the food cost as $18,000!!  Unless they are feeding you gold bars, that seems extreme. We passed on the location and found another great spot that fit out budget. Good Luck!
