Hope your luck from the tables last night carried over to court today?! How did it go?

    Well, tables weren't horrible, but I was trying to get my father in law to go to dinner and he wanted to keep playing and it went downhill from there; sufficient to say we'd both be up a lot more than we are now if we had just gone to dinner lol.  I'm still up overall, we had a really good roll early on, so I can't complain.

    Court was interesting to say the least.  I learned a lot and it's a long story.  I promise to write it all up in the next day or two, just don't have time to do it just this moment.

    Oh, funny story, my brother in law flew out today to meet FIL and I here, coming from Florida on Southwest.  Before takeoff he's asked if he'd be willing to give up his window seat, with an empty middle and woman in the aisle, because a minor and mother wanted to sit together.  He did.  Apparently the 8 year old kid decided that the entire row was her bed and began treating it as such with her legs on the aisle-seated woman's lap.  The woman talked to the flight attendent and asked her to tell the woman her daughter needed to stay in between the arm rests, the FA said she couldn't do that.  Problem continued, the woman switched places with her husband who was seated in the opposite aisle seat.  Same problem.  Then at some point the stupid 8 year old falls asleep, or whatever the case may be, and smacks her head on the arm rest.  The mother decides the husband must have pushed her daughter's head into the arm rest and punches him in the face, then jumps on top of him and continues to hit him.  Passengers pulled everyone apart, there were numerous witnesses who said the guy did nothing, an off-duty FBI agent intervened.  Anyway, they diverted the plane to New Orleans, after some interviews, the woman and daughter did not make the rest of the trip.  Southwest gave the husband a free shirt and the whole plane free booze the rest of the way. Laughing

    OMG that is insane...thankfully the witnesses all spoke up for the man who did nothing wrong and free booze for the plane - SWEET :)

    Just shows you how ppl are out for themselves - sad world. I know your brother in law and other passangers enjoyed the booze though. Can't wait to read your story on court...dealing with it every day I know how interesting it can be Wink
