DDB plans in the trash!

OMG!  Freaking out a bit here!  I emailed the DDB two weeks ago to check availability. They said they were available. Emailed a few days ago to ask a few questions before we book and they just got back to me and THEy AREN"T AVAILABLE!!!  I honestly wasn't at all stressed until this moment! Now what are we going to do for the three hours we planned?  Can anyone reccommend a party bus that would fit approx 30 ppl comfortably?

The 'Big Blue' limo is the only one in Vegas big enough for 30 people that I know of.

I hired it for a Strip tour after our wedding. It says it will fit 45 but we had 30 + photographer and there was JUST enough space.

It is well pimped out (you can see it in Lil Wayne's 'Lollipop' video on You Tube) - but it is not cheap at $500 an hour plus gratuity. It is actually the biggest limo in the world. NTS are the company who rent it out:

The limo iotself was amazing and my guests raved about it - but I had issues with them messing up our reservation / misinforming us about pick up points - see my review:

    NTS LIMO: D
We hired the Big Blue limo, which is the largest limousine in the world. It is properly dec ked out with VIP area seating, bars, plasma screens and the works.

Our guests had such a good time in it, and they drank all of the alcohol we bought (a lot…!)People in the street were stopping to take photos of it, and even the chapel limo driver said he had never seen it before during his many hours driving around Vegas – everyone loved it.

It is supposed to fit 45 but there is no way that could ever happen – there was only just enough space for 30 of us plus Todd!

I was concerned throughout the planning process that I was unable to find any reviews online, and had my fingers crossed that it was not a scam. Luckily, it wasn’t. At $500 an hour it was not cheap.

Things started to unravel the day before the wedding. I called NTS to see which office they would prefer me to drop the alcohol off at. I spoke to a guy with attitude, who said they do not give out their address except to ‘high rollers who have been booking with us for years’. I said I had their address already, off the internet and also because I had sent them our music DVD to check it would play. The guy said that was NOT their address, no one has their address! Right, whatever. So they arranged to come and pick it up from our hotel, arriving 45 minutes late.

The guy also said our booking was for 5pm and we had not provided a pick up address. Absolute rubbish, I gave them all of the pick up and drop off points with times and even printed the times on our guest maps.

Our booking was also meant to be for 4:20pm. Luckily they were able to accommodate this. They also had to make two last minute changes to the hotel pick up points as the limo was too big to fit into some of the entrances. Grrr.

On the wedding day itself all was going fine until the guy insisted on dropping us off one hour too early – I had booked for 5 hours but they only gave us 4 hours. In the end it turned out okay, because we saved $500 and were running late which meant we actually only had 20 mins spare before our dinner. People just gambled in the Palms and amused themselves.

Perhaps you could consider a shuttle?

It looks like their VIP Coach under the Fleet section would be able to accomodate your party perfectly.

I haven't seen any reviews, but I imagine that hopefully these options would be cheaper than $500 an hour like the limo Gribbles used if budget is a concern.

I seriously want to rent that thing one day just for fun but I doubt I'll ever have enough friends back in Vegas post-wedding at the same time to justify doing it lol. I rarely seem to be able to talk more than four friends into a random Vegas trip at any given time.

Bell Trans has a shuttle bus that seats 31 I believe. I used it and it was great!

It would not be a Party Bus, though. You could take it to Freemont Street and back and just use it for transportation.
