I just got mine out in the mail today. They are similar to yours. red/blk and white. I got them from etsy.com. I did a black folder though, the picture shows red.

Mine are in my planning bio.  They weren't "Vegas," since we're locals.  I got the materials from cardsandpockets.com and did the layouts in Microsoft Publisher.  I'm pretty happy with how they turned out.

Bonus - since I ordered too many blanks, I now have spares for making into holiday cards.  Woot!

Mine are pretty basic.  I created it in paint and word and had them photo copied and cut to size at Kinkos.  I also lined my envelope with red foil paper (wrapping paper, straight edge, razor and rubber cement glue).  Was also thrilled to see the King and Queen of Hearts stamps at the counter at post office.
