Food ideas?

We leave for Vegas in exactly 3 weeks! And are 23 days away from the wedding. The only sort of big thing we have left is food. This whole time I've been planning on just getting Maggiano's to go (just 25 of us in a suite, very informal & it's late at night) so I haven't been stressing, knowing they can handle that with short notice. But now I'm wondering if there are any other options out there? Do any other restaurants serve things in family-sized platters? For example, Maggiano's large platter to go serves like 16 people.

We were originally going to have a couple of entrees & apps but now I'm just thinking heavy apps will be fine & they don't have a big selection in the family size app platters to go.

Any ideas on other restaurants to consider? Would like to keep the food cost under $400 which was easy to do at Maggiano's.

Thanks y'all :-)

I don't know about pricing, but I believe both Fazoli's (Italian) and Famous Dave's (BBQ) cater:

You could do Masterpiece (possibly, if they're free)?

I will check those out! I did look into Masterpiece, unfortunately they have a $750 minimum & we just can't fit it in our budget. They were a pleasure to talk to, though.

    Oh, sure, I understand that!

This may seem silly, but you could even do pizza and pick up beer from one of the liquor stores?

    Oh, good :)

I'm going to leave that one to AJF - she's the local :)

We were actually thinking of doing pizza (papa john's) and beer for our meet 'n greet.  Most chains have salad and wings/chicken strips, too, which I think is a nice addition!

I wish i could get my FH to agree to something like what you're doing!
He wants to go to a fancy restaurant (but won't help me pick), and he's not willing to compromise because he's a chef hah!

Family style dinner would be awesome!

No idea if these places do take out or delivery but: Chicago Brewing Company and Amore Taste of Chicago. Chicago style pizza, when done well, is filling and seems a little fancier than slices of some sad chain thin pizza. But then again Cubby Blue runs through my veins, so I may be biased. ;-)

I 'm pretty sure Firefly caters. But I think the pizza idea is amazing.
