Suite help!.... Which have you used/caterers. etc????

Hi ladies....
I am a past  knottie now helping a friend who wants to do a destination wedding in Vegas...Immediaetly I knew to run to the knot for help =)

She will probably have about 50 guests and want something very low key! She just wants her guests to have fun! She wants to book a suite for the night and just have cocktails/Hors d'oeuvres served.......So once she chooses a suite, will the hotel provide waitstaff for serving cocktails & hors doeuvres?
Any advice or suites that you think are great? I keep seeing posts about vista suite, but just curious about any others you have seen???
I just want to help her but dont know where to begin, nor does she!
THANKS LADIES!

I had about 50 guests for my meet&greet get together and used Jason's Deli...they were affordable, food and service were good.

I am not having an insuite but from what I have read on other posts is that anything through the hotel itself is very expensive.
A lot of brides use Masterpiece cuisine. They do both catering and bar staff. The alcohol is usually purchased from a retailer (like Lee's liqour or Costco etc).

A lot of brides use the Vista Suite as they seem really easy to work with and allow the use of promo codes etc. Most hotels will say that you are not allowed to use outside vendors but most brides seem to get around this. Some hotels are more strict than others.

Good Luck and the girls on here are a great help.

Check out the suites at the Palms, they are well furnished and already have a theme to them. The food is outstanding!
