Double Decker Meet & Greet

Hey beautiful knotties!!
I've seen quick post about double decker meet and greets. What time did you do it and will two hours be enough? Did you supply beer or anything? I'm thinking about doing this the night before the wedding so please let me know details about your double decker bus and pictures if possible!!!

Thank You

That's what we are doing. You can bring beer and drinks on the bus, they will even supply the coolers! I have them booked for 2 hours, but we may do 3 instead.

The bus holds 68 people and we have almost 90 people going, so keep that in mind. We won't be able to bring everyone on the DD tour (which is something I didn't think would be a problem because our initial guest list included less than 60 people, now it's almost double!), but that's okay bc some of our guests will not even get in until late that night, and some of the older guests think it will be too rowdy, lol!

Also, you can make a playlist on an ipod and they will play it over their built-in soundsystem.

we had our meet and greet on a DD bus. All of our guests really enjoyed it. We couldnt afford another meal and this was $135/hour with a 2 hour min. We had our pickup at Planet Hollywood which I would not recommened...it is too difficult to find the bus lobby, especially if you are not familiar with PH. Ask Judy what hotel she thinks has the easiest bus lobby and go with that. With the 2 hours we did the whole strip, a bathroom break at the Stratosphere, north to Fremont which we caught part of the light show, headed back south to the LV sign for group pictures and then back to PH. I would 100% recommend!!!

I am doing 4 hours starting at the Luxor and going to Freemont Street. The guests can then explore downtown and get back on the bus after 2 hours. You can bring your own alcohol and seems like it will be a blast!!

If you want to bring beer you need to give up 4 seats for the coolers, that is what Mike told me in an email, at least. I didn't know anything about the standies, though... nice!

Did anyone book the third hour? I know you are thinking about it CJ and I have been too. I'm just wondering if the third hour felt like too much for anyone?

When I talked to Mike (the owner and a driver) over the phone he said that just a drive up the strip to Fremont and then back to the Welcome sign can take 2 hours if you want to get out for pictures. So if we want to stop at the Fountains and the Volcano we may end up booking the extra hour just in case.

Besides, we can always ask to head back after 2 1/2 hours or so if people are over it.

Our 2 hours flew by so fast. I wish we had extra time to enjoy it more.
