Caesar"s Palace-Bring own Bouquets??

Hi,

I booked my wedding at Caesars for June 11 in the Venus Garden next year.  The pricesfor bm's bouquet's are pricey.  I was thinking of having bouquet's made elsewhere and  having them delivered to my room which is also at Caesar's the day of or day before and just using them, since the day of the wedding will be pretty hectic, do you think they will notice?

I'm wondering if anyone else has done this??

Any thoughts would be great!!!

Thanks in advance,
Jolene

There is either a 200 or 250 dollar fee for bringing in your own flowers...most of the hotel chapels do this!

Yeah the outside floral fee is $200. I also wonder if they would notice, but I don't want to take a chance and end up having to pay the fee. I think I'm going to go with artificial for my 2 attendants and use the floral credit in our package for my bouquet and FI's bout.

they will notice if you have flowers and you didn't order the flowers thru them - that's their job.  and they will charge you a $200 outside vendor fee.

I had my bouquet and all my WP, all the GM along with DH and parents flowers from an outside florist, and I was NOT charged an outside fee. From what I understood, as long as they deliver the flowers to your room, there's no problem. I used my floral credit towards decorating the garden. We had no issues with using our own, but I'd ask just in case.

with the prices of their flowers, you may end up still saving money by paying the $200 fee.

Dang, I wish it was like that for everyone. I guess I was lucky, and I was also lucky that DH can negotiate.

Yeah, I doubt they do a spot check or anything or say 'hey let me feel if those are fake or not." LOL

I have been considering using artificial flowers for my bridesmaids...I'm getting married at TI and they do not charge for you to bring in your own artificial flowers. I'm not sure about Caesars? Anyways,I was poking around the knot and found http://www.wedideas.com/
These bouquets look gorgeous online, although I'm not sure what they will be like in person. They're based out of FL, but will ship anywhere in the US. I am trying to do some more research on them, but their facebook page has a lot of pictures from their clients weddings.

Very nice! But some of their price fall into that area of "fakes costing almost as much as the real thing".
