hi girls, i was just wondering if im the only one having problems but it just seems like my wedding coordinator is veryyy slow, about 2 weeks ago i discussed with her on the phone what i want for my bouquet and boutineers, she told me she'd get me an upgrade price in a few days..so a week later i called her cause i hadnt heard anything and she said shes waiting on the florist.. and now 2 weeks later... still nothing,,, my fiance told me to not worry cause she prob has other weddding shes dealin with that are closer than mine, but wtf!!!!!!!! i kinda want to get this taken care of my wedding is may 16!!!!!!!!

I find mine responds the next day if it's a simple question or something she can take care of, but if she needs to contact or go through other departments there's definitely a delay. There seems to be no overlap between the wedding chapel and the floral department, ad hoc dining or the front desk which I've found frustrating in the past for sure. I have heard that they are very organized and everything seems to go quite smoothly the day of but I definitely have had your concerns.

My WC Alyssa is always quick....but I will also say this....I have heard until you are a 30 days away most of the WC are not too involved, because then that's when things need to get done.

My coordinator, Angela, is very quick. She usually emails me to tell me that she is waiting of the florist, so I know there is a time lapse when she is waiting on the florist. I've changed my mind so many times, it is a miracle she hasn't gone crazy!

I didn't discuss flowers with my coordinator until three weeks ago, and my wedding is in 17 days.

Relax, you have plenty of time to get your flowers selected.

I just finalized my flowers yesterday and I get married 3/24. No big rush. My WC has been a little unresponsive at times. For example, the contract says remaining balance is due 30 days before event, well I emailed WC last week (since I didn't hear anything for a while) to see what the balance was, and she finally got back to me yesterday with it. For the most part, she's been good with communication, but it's those times when you really want an answer that seem to take forever!
