Nevada-Las Vegas

Pls share: timeline

The search function is not working properly and I am looking for an example of a Day of timeline.  Please share if you have one. We are having the ceremony, then a strip tour and dinner. I am thinking about an afterparty but only if people want and it will be no-host. Thanks!

    Mine's in my bio.
This is a neglected planning bio.
This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

I don't have the exact timing but more or less it will go like this:

    - Hair and Make Up
    - Arrive at bridal dressing room @ 12.30
    - Ceremony starts @ 1
    - Group shots
    - Guests start to head up to the suite for cocktails
    - We go on photo tour around the Wynn
    - We arrive at the reception
    - Eat, drink and be married until 5
    - A little break for the two of us alone
    - Intimate dinner
    - The party continues at a club or lounge

We are staying in the same hotel where our ceremony and ballroom reception will be.  This will make it all easy- and less a chance for guests to get lost at the slot machines between the ceremony and reception.

11am- Lunch w/ a few girls from my bridal party
1pm- Hair and Make-up arrives in our hotel (not sure who yet)
3:45- go down to the bridal room next to the chapel with bridal party.
4:30 people start to arrive and guests will get seated.
    5:00- ceremony
5:30 ceremony ends, reception begins.  Guests will get exit the chapel and right outside will be a red carpet with "papparazzi" interviewing them and taking pictures.  (We get a DVD of this).  It will take about an hour for all 50 guests to get interviewed.  This will double as our cocktail hour in the ballroom reception just a few feet away.  (NO ONE SHOULD GET LOST AT THE SLOT MACHINES!)  During this hour, we will get wisked away for couples pictures.
6:30- couple enters the ceremony, grand entrace- and first dance
    7:00- dinner is served
    7:45- dance with parents
    8:00- toasts
8:30 cake cutting and dacing until 9:30 where the recption ends.

Haven't decided yet if we will have an after party at a club with our friends for more dancing, or if we will go have alone time for the rest of the night in our room....

@natedawg- Thanks! We originally were going to have red/black as our colors to match our reception venue but I just love green/black too much!
