Nevada-Las Vegas

Invitations

So I am sitting down to do the invitations and dont know really where to start. I decided to semi - DIY it. I bought a invitation kit from Michaels
BRIDES® Chocolate Pocket Invite Kit

All the guests, around 50 will be coming from out of town, more then half have never been to Las Vegas. My question is what should I include with the invitation other then the invitation and RSVP card, and return envelope.

I am thinking perhaps a map? We are having a buffet style reception so do I include the menu?
I have a website that goes into alot of detail of hotels and things to do in Vegas; however, I know many of the guests do not use computers.

Thanks!
sorry about the long post

I think a map is a great idea.

P.S. I am thinking of buying that kit - I love it! Let me know how your invites turn out!

I used that invitation kit in black and white.  I ended up not using the ribbons though, at that point I was sick of looking at them!

A map is a good idea.  I wouldn't worry about a menu though.

Hi Neighbor! I'm in Long Beach so I will have a similar issue. If your guests haven't booked accomodations you can add either info on blocked rooms (if you arranged any) or hotel booking sites (i.e. travelocity, vegas.com), directions to Vegas for So. Cal, an itenerary of events, if you are plannign meet and greet, etc.

    I hope this helps.

We added a small map to the back of our invites (they mimicked passports).

I also have alot of guests who will be "Vegas virgins" so I also included little tid-bits like price difference between cab & shuttle from airport to hotel, wearing comfortable shoes etc.
