Dominican Hairdressers in LV

Hi all!  Here's kind of a weird question.  Are there any Dominican-style hairdressers in LV?  For those who don't know, Dominican-style hairdressers can usually straighten any texture of hair with just a blow-dryer and flat iron (no chemicals).  I am Latina and a lot of non-Dominican hairdressers assume that my hair cannot be straightened or styled without the use of chemical relaxers, etc. (which I have never used and don't plan to).  I want to be sure I can find a hairdresser in LV that knows how to properly style my hair and I'm worried that I won't find that in the more upscale salons on the strip.

My option if I can't find anyone is to blow it out myself and just let an LV hairdresser curl/style it dry.

Any advice/tips?  Has anyone else encountered this issue?

BTW - I really like this board.  You guys are very knowledgable.

That's what I found on google, didn't see a website but you can always call and ask.

There is a large Hispanic population here, but I can't say I've seen much of a Dominincan community.  There are lots of Latina-oriented salons, but almost all that I've seen are off the Strip.  Try Googling some key words and hopefully, you'll get some hits.

Thanks for the advice ladies.  Will definitely try Google.  I'm curious whether any brides have dealt with similar issues and found good solutions (i.e. - a stylist they used that is great with all types of hair).

Oh my goodness, if I could find one it would be AWWWWWSOME. Ima NYC girl who swears by them and would do just fine with a wash and set on her wedding day. I hope you find one

AIIIIGHT!!!  So you know what I'm talking about, specialjune!  :)  There is nothing like a good wash and set.  Your hair is left shiny and uber straight with just enough Farrah Fawcett bounce!  If I find a hairdresser in LV I will let you know.  It would be great if I could get one to come to my hotel and do all of my BP's hair.
