Did you have anything specific in mind you were looking for?  There's some photo ideas on my site at http://www.vegasgroom.com/41/ but if you were looking for something specific we can probably tell you where to find it in Vegas.

Besides the  LV sign, I want a pitures at the fountains and the eiffel tower at night. I want to take some very beautiful elegant pictures of us anywhere else, as long as it looks pretty...think "better homes and garden, perfect most beautiful couple in the world wedding pictures" lol.  but I know Todd will know where to take us for all that. Then I want some fun, (vintage-y looking i guess?) just cool photos thats why I say fremont steet. But theres nothing on fremont street that is a MUST HAVE.  And of course pictures of the rings and marriage license and all that, which I am planning to have done some point at dinner.

Should I just put together a small sample packet for todd the day of so he knows exactly what I mean? Like i said, he would obviously know better than I would where to go. I am probably just being controlling over time, which I usally am. I guess I should just let him work his magic and guide us in the right direction instead of picking out places I think would look best, even though Ive never been to LV so would have no real first hand expierience.

I don't think you are being controlling. Everybody has a different idea, so it it probably a good idea to have a few samples to give Todd an idea of what you like and then you can let him work his magic.

Inside of the Bellagio they have the atrium which is gorgeous.
