June/July G2G (Get 2Gether)

So, it seems like June/July is in the middle for everyone (even though some will already be happily married). I'm trying to plan a get together in las vegas. I know some travel from out of town, some live here, and some would be willing to take a trip out here. What weekend(s) would be best for those of you willing to come? The weekends in June are: 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th and the weekends in July are : 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and the 31st. Just let me know what days might work best for each of you and I can try to accommodate as many as possible or I can try to plan 2 if that works best.

    I think this is a really cool idea.  My only feedback would be to think about the weather.  We were in Vegas las July and it was 117 degrees.

    I second the weather... Its miseralbe living here in the heat.  Getting ready to go somewhere is awful

    But its just weather right.  LOL

    Yeah, I agree. The weather can get a bit hot. We can plan an indoor get together and I can look around to see what's available for different ideas, but those months just seemed the most convenient, but I'm open to whatever.

    Oh yay! FI is going down for the whole WSOP June/July and I was planning on visiting him so hopefully I can work it out to go during the get together.
